RepHQ is a cloud-based reputation and review management platform for small businesses. We are operated as an Australian business with ABN 50 589 485 191.

- Full name and email address when you join our waitlist or create an account
- Business name, business type, and business location
- Phone number if you opt in to SMS alert notifications
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details directly
- Customer email lists you upload for review request campaigns
- Any communications you send us directly

- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on our platform
- Device information
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Information from third parties
- Google Business Profile data including reviews, ratings, and business information when you connect your Google account
- Facebook page review data when you connect your Facebook account

- To create and manage your RepHQ account
- To deliver and operate the RepHQ platform and its features
- To connect to your Google Business Profile and Facebook page on your behalf
- To send you review alert notifications via email and SMS as configured by you
- To send administrative emails including account updates, billing notifications, and service announcements
- To respond to your support enquiries and feedback
- To identify usage trends and improve our platform
- To protect the security and integrity of our services
- To comply with our legal obligations
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We will never use your information for advertising purposes.
When you upload a customer email list to send review request campaigns, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from those individuals to contact them. RepHQ acts as a data processor on your behalf for this purpose. We use that information solely to send the campaigns you configure and do not use it for any other purpose.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Twilio — SMS notification delivery
- Anthropic — AI response generation (review content only, no personal identifiers)
- Google — Google Business Profile API integration
- Vercel — website hosting
All third party providers are required to handle your information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We may also disclose your information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RepHQ and its users.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our platform and improve your experience. These include:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you cancel your account we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
